We have plenty of instruments to share. If you have instruments, please bring them (acoustic preferred). If not, noise makers, bundt pans, pot lids, are always fun, and don’t forget about your voice, finger snapping and hand clapping too. Feel free to bring a friend or two. There is a $5 studio space fee per person. Children 15 and under are free when accompanied by a participating parent.
Music Making is led by Marie van Vuuren and is an extension of her work with Music for People where she enjoys exploring new instruments, improvising and leading groups in improvisation and music/sound exploration. Her mission is to nurture students of all ages to draw out the musician within. Marie also offers therapeutic music experiences, private or group guitar lessons and teambuilding through music improvisation for all ages
